What we do

• We have improved the techniques used to clean our vehicles after each rental. In particular, we pay special attention to intensely used areas such as chairs, steering wheel, door handles, dashboard and other hard surfaces.
• Also, we frequently clean the ventilation systems of the cars with recommended hygiene products, we watch the change of the filters in time and regularly apply treatments with Ozon.
• In addition, we are constantly looking for measures to ensure the well-being of our employees. This includes training employees who feel bad about staying home and consulting with their healthcare providers. We also ask all employees to be vigilant about frequent hand washing, use of protective masks and gloves.

Changing or canceling reservations

If you have an existing reservation, we look forward to seeing you and want to make sure we do everything we can to ensure you have a professional rental experience. In parallel, if you want to change a reservation made prior to the emergency status triggered by Coronavirus, you can do so without incurring any change fees.
