From asphalt to horizon: Pagani conquers Florida with its first luxury residential tower

Pagani Residences: When the art of building hypercars moves into the living room

When Horacio Pagani founded his Modena workshop in 1992, his vision was clear: to create objects that combine art and science, drawing inspiration from the genius of Leonardo da Vinci. After three decades of redefining the concept of the hypercar, the Italian brand is extending its philosophy beyond the racetrack. Last year, Pagani surprised the luxury market by announcing its entry into real estate with Pagani Residences, a spectacular residential tower located in North Bay Village, Florida.

A Waterfront Sanctuary: Pagani Residences Miami

Developed in collaboration with Riviera Horizons, the Pagani Residences project is not just a building, but an extension of the Pagani universe. Although the first announcements mentioned a 30-story tower, the final details confirm a 28-story boutique structure that will house just 70 ultra-exclusive apartments. The architecture is signed by the renowned house Revuelta Architecture International, while the interiors are meticulously created by Pagani Arte, the brand's interior design division.

Every detail, from the textures of the composite materials used in the lobby to the aerodynamic lines of the furniture, reflects the aesthetics found on the Zonda or Huayra models. Residents will benefit from ceilings over 10 feet high, private elevators and panoramic terraces that offer uninterrupted views of Biscayne Bay.

Private Car: The Garage as an Art Gallery

The most innovative component of the project is Auto Privata, a car service dedicated exclusively to residents, created in partnership with American retailer Prestige Imports. Pagani understands that the owners of these homes are often collectors, so it has created a total care ecosystem.

Through a dedicated app, tenants can access valet services, monthly vehicle condition reports, and maintenance schedules. For avid collectors, Auto Privata offers climate-controlled storage, professional-level detailing, and even assistance with the purchase of rare cars. It’s essentially a “car concierge” service, designed to take the administrative stress out of owners who split their time between continents.

Pagani in Romania: Allout Exclusivity

While the residential tower is rising in Florida, in Romania Pagani's presence remains one of the most discreet and exclusive on the automotive market. The brand is officially represented through Schmidt Premium Cars, part of the group that also manages the Rolls-Royce or BMW brands in the region.

What models are available? Currently, the centerpiece of the offer is the new Pagani Utopia, the successor to the famous Huayra. It retains the 6.0-liter twin-turbo V12 engine developed by Mercedes-AMG, offering 864 hp, but brings for the first time the option of a manual gearbox, a rarity in the modern hypercar segment.

Prices and Sales:

  • Pagani Utopia (Coupe): The starting price is around 2.5 million euros, but given the degree of customization through the Grand Complicazioni program, the final bill often exceeds 3.5 million euros.
  • Pagani Utopia Roadster: Recently launched, this variant has a base price of around 3.1 million euros.
  • Sales: Pagani is not a volume brand. In Romania, the number of registered units is extremely small, with estimates indicating the existence of only 1 or 2 examples in private collections (including a Huayra BC, occasionally seen in Bucharest). The exclusivity is so high that the delivery of a single unit per year is considered a major event for the local luxury market.

Conclusion

Pagani Residences is not just a real estate deal, but a loyalty test for the brand's collector community. With prices starting at $3.7 million for an apartment and easily exceeding the price of a new car, Pagani manages to transfer the thrill of driving a hypercar into a living space. For customers in Romania, where a Pagani is rarer than a private jet, this step into real estate confirms that the Italian brand has long ceased to be just a car manufacturer, becoming an absolute symbol of personalized luxury.
